Online Cooking Class Waiver and Media Release:

By enabling my camera during the Online Cooking Class, I acknowledge that my image will be visible to Chef Teey and other class participants. I grant permission for the use and reproduction of any photographs or video recordings captured of me or members of my household during the class. I agree to allow Chef Teey to utilize these images and recordings in various media formats, including social media and online platforms, without any restrictions for an indefinite period.

I acknowledge that cooking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, burns, and allergic reactions, and I assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur during the class. I release Chef Teey, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of my participation in the online cooking class.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef Teey from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of my participation in the class or use of the recipes and techniques taught. I grant permission for Chef Teey to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary, and I will be responsible for any associated costs.

I acknowledge that I will follow any guidelines or instructions provided during the class, and I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the class. I confirm that I am aware of my health conditions and dietary restrictions and have consulted with a healthcare professional if necessary.

I understand that any recipes or content provided during the class are the intellectual property of Chef Teey and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.

I acknowledge that technical issues may arise during the online class, and Chef Teey is not responsible for any disruptions in service or my inability to join the class due to internet connectivity issues.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate, or provide parental consent if under this age.

I also grant Chef Teey permission to use my feedback or testimonials for promotional purposes, unless I opt out.

Chef Teey makes no guarantees regarding the results of the cooking class, including the quality of the food prepared.

Refund Policy: All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of New Jersey. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver. I agree to its terms.
